Love this shop and always visit when in Norfolk. I was looking for something special for a cruise and nothing was too much trouble for the lady who was helping me. She was helpful but not ‘pushy’. Lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Great service. The shop makes searching for clothes very easy if you want for example a green dress or top they are all grouped together. The assistants are always very helpful.

The ladies at both of the Holt shops were lovely the first shop letting me know that even though they didn’t have the trousers I wanted they did at the other shop. Just wish I lived closer as we were on a short break away c

Love visiting the shop whenever we are in Southwold. They didnt have teh bag i wanted in the right colour so helped get it ordered on line and it had arrived by the time i got home. Its a lovely bag and in daily use !

Visited 22 July with my 2 friends. We must have been there for an hour or more and Jenny was wonderful, undressing mannequins so we could try on dresses. We came away with some gorgeous dresses and accessories at an amazing price. Jenny was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful, and she was so lovely with it. Her colleague Samantha was also lovely. Thank you

I bought 3 of linen shorts. Whilst the material was lovely the sizing only went up to size 14. Why oh why oh why. Why can’t a size 16 or larger have them at a slightly higher price. Argggg
