I ordered a pachmina online, item is as described the quality and value is excellent but what stood out most of all is the package, all packed in tissue it arrived with no creases a lovely way to receive your order. Thanks looking forward to wearing it.

Great range of clothes, reasonably priced and friendly but not pushy staff at the Aldeburgh branch. Came away with some lovely tops which will cover a number of occasions. My first time shopping with Tilley and Grace but it won't be my last!

It’s always great to visit Tilley and Grace. To walk into a store with colour and style lifts my mood. The range is good as is the quality, the service is attentive but not overwhelming and I’m very happy with my two new tops.

I popped into the Holt branch on the off chance they had a handbag in the colour I wanted - there were loads of coloured bags in the shop but not the one I wanted, the lady in the shop was very helpful and said she’d look in the back for something, she appeared with the perfect coloured bag - happy outcome, very nice shop and staff thank you 👍🏻

I came in on my birthday and found some real treats in store on discount. I got a nice dress and jewellery which I love. It was the highlight of my day . I cant wait to go back.

My first visit to Tilley and Grace I visited Woodbridge branch which is spacious and very welcoming. Everything is attractively arranged and easy to see. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They gave me their opinion, made suggestions without being 'pushy'. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and came away with clothes that I am really pleased with. I will definitely be back thank you!

I visited Southwold store on 15th august. The Staff are so polite and helpful, and really want you to like and enjoy your purchase. One item was not available, but it was arranged that one from head office was sent to my local store for collection.So pleased 10 out of 10.

Brilliant visit to Your shop in Woodbridge. Such a helpful assistant my daughter and I came away with a lovely purchases. Everything is sensibly priced and covered our 2 sizes and age.

Decided to look in your small shop in Holt and immediately fell in love with a pretty top, which I bought. Later I visited the other, larger shop and before I left I had made two more super comfortable purchases. I was ably assisted by lovely friendly, helpful but not at all pushy, ladies. Thank you all. I first discovered Tilley & Grace in Southwold and bought some lovely earrings as a gift for my sister. When on a day trip to Holt a few months later I was pleased to see another store, not realising there was more than one! I couldn't resist going in and I ended up treating myself to a bracelet. The lady who served me was lovely, helpful in telling me about the outlet store there as well and set me up with an account. A little later, I popped into the outlet store and bought another little treat! Love all the items they sell and all the shops have a lovely atmosphere. Have since recommended the brand to a friend!

Hello I loved my experience at the Southwold shop and the assistant was extremely helpful and very welcoming! I loved the displays in the shop and bought 2 handbags because of it.
