I love Tilley & Grace and always pop in when we go to Southwold. The staff are wonderful and very caring, kind and so friendly, they make you feel special and happy to chat. Great customer service and know their stock so well. Everything is beautiful, comfortable and colourful and suits all shapes, sizes and ages at good prices. I purchased a fabulous orange patterned skirt and a beautiful crochet flower jumper/top and love them as they remind me of my late mum who passed away earlier this year. Love Tilly & Grace! First found them a few years ago during a visit to Southwold. I was then delighted when I found they’d opened shops in Holt, much closer to me. Lovely shops & lovely products.

Visited Woodbridge for a birthday lunch and a spot of shopping. Delighted to find Tilley and Grace stocking a much increased number of garments in natural fabrics which is what I always look for. My friend and I both fitted various one size garments and each of us came away having made a purchase. One of us usually wears size 10 and the other size 14/16, proving that your one size clothes work across the sizes. As a bonus I used my pink points for a discount! Thank you to your excellent staff for suggesting I did that.

I love Tilly and Grace , no visit to Southwold is complete without a good hour spent in their shop , trying on all their lovely clothes . Most recently , a delicious pair of chocolate brown magic pants and a Royal Blue lightweight jumper , so soft and SO perfectly blue , I love them xxx

What a lovely experience mooching around your shop in Aldeburgh. I then went to lunch and had to go back and buy a matching two piece trouser and top. Also I couldn't resist some beautiful jewellery to go with it. The lady that served me was very helpful and friendly and I won't hesitate in going back. I have my eye on a bag and another top. I love Tilley and Grace - they sell such lovely quality products. I love a browse in the shops and always a great online service - items are dispatched quickly and arrive beautifully packaged. I've just ordered my 3rd extra large Bloomsbury handbag which is lovely soft leather and a great size. I now have the black, navy and olive and considering getting another one too!

I am a long-term fan and customer of Tilley & Grace: in Aldeburgh and on-line. Whichever way I shop the customer service and care is always exceptional, courteous and efficient. Beautiful clothes. I was shopping in M&S Camberley today…..one of the largest M&S stores….a customer approached and complimented me on my Tilley & Grace top. I did of course give her full details of the fab T&G.

I love Tiley and Grace I am so pleased to be able to shop on line as I can’t get to a shop easily. I found it very easy to place my order which arrived in good time The only problem I have is finding my pink points I have opened an account. A phone number would be handy as I need a little help. I visited Southwold shop as I always do when we are there, and also simple to use online. Everything wrapped so beautifully. lively quality items, clothes as well as bags and scarves, and smaller items make brilliant gifts. I will be back!

I loved so many clothes in the Holt store … I bought 2 dresses and would have bought more but was short on time. So much choice and colour schemes that I loved. I especially appreciated the help from Sally who was patient, helpful and made me feel very at ease - I normally hate shopping but it was a completely different experience in Tilley & Grace with expert guidance from Sally. I’m not local but next time I’m in the area I will be visiting again and will use the online store too.

The shop is a pleasure to go into. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love all the bright clothes and accessories. I got a gorgeous case for my glasses & a lovely casual top.

I visited my sister today and we decided to have a little shopping day . We went in to Tilley and Grace in Aldeburgh and what a lovely shop it is . I particularly love how the clothes are hung on the rails in Colours . The shop assistant was lovely, very friendly, very helpful, not at all pushy. I will definitely be visiting again .

A beautifully curated collection of clothes yielded lots of temptation… My friend and I were very happy to have the guidance of your lovely assistants, who were very helpful, but not at all pushy.
