My husband and I visited the Holt to buy a dress and were immediately offered help. The assistants were delightful and gave constructive comments. We bought two dresses in record time. Thrilled with both of them. I will definitely be back. 😀

Had some time on this visit to Holt to have a wander round this lovely shop. I can't believe I haven't found it before! I was in the outlet store and came out with my purse happily lighter. Excellent, happy staff and even one who was recuperating from an op was in there having a chat and a giggle! Will certainly be a regular now every month or so when I'm up that way and will check out the main shop as soon as I can.

Following my first visit to a Tilley and Grace shop (Woodbridge) I'm very happy with my purchase and the whole experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming taking time to make sure that customers were happy and finding what they wanted. Will definitely be back.

I absolutely loved visiting Holt and find this gem of a store. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I might have had a little spending spree lol. I will be back and I have told my sister to visit when she is in Holt next week x

I order the shorts. I loved the cut, fit and texture of them. But they were too long. I'm 5' 4". I tried to turn the hems over twice as suggested but that was too chunky. I cut the legs to shorten them and re-stitched them. Happier now.

We went to the woodbridge shop for the first time. A lovely shop filled with beautiful things. Really nice staff too. Will definitely visit again 🙂

I recently purchased a pair of white and navy wide leg linen trousers while on holiday in Southwold. I love them so much, they are so comfortable and easy to wear, I have purchased 2 more pairs in different colours online. Both experiences were excellent, I love visiting the shop when on holiday in Suffolk, the ladies are always helpful and welcoming. My online purchase arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. Lovely clothes at reasonable prices, looking forward to my next visit already! Feel I must add a postscript to my review as after washing these trousers have shrunk in length by about 3/4 of an inch! Luckily for me I am only 5’4” and had turned them up as they were quite long. Now the length is ok for me without the turn up but if you are taller they may come up too short after washing. I’m just hoping that they don’t shrink again after a second wash!
