The black ink cartridges that I purchased from 499inks.com work fine. I appreciate that 499inks.com included with the mailing a paper that explained how to work around the monopolistic and predatory rigging that HP perpetrates on its printers to try to prevent users from using a more reasonably-priced cartridge.

499inks was punctual in its delivery and gave exactly what it promised. The ink cartridges work splendidly; although I had my doubts on using refurbished inks, they were fine on my machine. It is an intelligent choice to purchase from 499inks; it's considerably cheaper than buying it new, and just as high-quality. Whenever I require ink, I will definitely return to 499inks.

Haven't noticed any difference between these cartridges and the ones at the store selling for a lot lot more

I ordered ink compatible with my Epson printer, even though the printer says to only purchase Epson ink because of the tremendous cost savings. They were extremely prompt and the ink quality is just fine. I will order again when needed.

I recently made a purchase but was sent the wrong item. I went on line and try to fill out information as to what happen but to no avail. I tried to call the number posted but couldn't reach anyone so I ended up sending the items back in hope that I receive the right purchase Which were paid for through my credit card.
