I have tried aftermarket ink cartridges in my Epson XP-410 Printer and its predecessors over the years. Some worked, but often enough my printer would rebel and not recognize the cartridge as being a compatible one. I would wind up throwing cartridges away and resort to buying high priced Epson Ink cartridges. This no longer seems to be a problem and the very inexpensive 499 ink cartridges have worked extremely well. Needless to say I am pleased.

when I unpacked the red cartridge, it leaked ink all over my hands. real tough stuff to get off. sure would be nice to get a replacement for it.

A quality product at a good price!

Since I found 499inks, they have become my one and only source of ink for my printer and copier. Not only do they have down to earth prices, they give good service in mailing the items within the time limit they give. When I placed my last order, something happened during the ordering process and I was not allowed to use a coupon from my payment place. I sent a message to them asking why this happened. In a few days I received a message saying that the coupon had been honored and I would be receiving that discount and in another few days, my discount was sent. Is this good service or WHAT? Yes, it is.

I have been using 499inks for quite a spell and I find them as good as the inks which are produced by my printer's company, but better for the wallet in cost.

I was skeptical at first, I thought it was cheap price and it couldn't be very good quality of ink, but to my surprise not only is the quality of ink great but you can't beat the price. I was paying almost $60.00 for one Black and one color cartridge of ink, and less than $15.00 with 499inks. I just put in another order and got it within 3 days, I will keep ordering from them . i put the new ink cartridge in and it doesn't work so put the old one back in. Had red ink all over my fingers from it leaking everywhere.
