Just a shame you use Evri to deliver. But I had my delivery charges refunded which did help but they were too late for a birthday present .

Our pup's face on pairs of socks for my wife & son made great Christmas gifts. Detailing was better than expected as I thought the image cropping software might struggle with a floofy pooch, but they look great.

I ordered two pairs of socks on the 10th of December. The selected delivery option stated: 'Arrives within 10 working days'. The order was dispatched on the 18th. I understand this is a custom product and can not be shipped immediately, but this 'production' time should be included in the delivery time or stated somewhere during the ordering process. Regardless, the socks arrived at customs on the 3rd of January, a day after the e-mail reminder (not the 1st one) to write this review. I finally received the socks on the 10th of January, a month after ordering them. I understand this was during the holiday season, but it's not like the holidays suddenly appeared out of nowhere. The socks are great, but unfortunately holiday themed.

Order process is user friendly. The product order was delivered within the timescales given. The product was as described, and the recipient delighted.

The product was easy to order and is a nice novelty gift. Pity it took a few days longer to arrive than I’d hoped.

I loved the website with preview. Product arrived quickly and is great quality.

The delivery took 30 days and when it finally arrived I had to pay 20€ fees on top. Support isnt answering my last 2 mails. Don't buy on this site, the product is poor quality as well!
