Ordered a pair of socks for Christmas for my partner with her cats face on. Supersocks delivered the wrong socks, with somebody else’s face on, and have ignored 3 subsequent emails asking about this. They have not sent the correct socks since or offered a refund. No response to email at all

The order arrived later than expected, but that was not the biggest problem. They sent me the wrong sizes of socks. The order included one pink pair of kids’ socks that was supposed to be medium and one blue pair that was supposed to be large. However, the sizes were mixed up.

The socks turned out great! Really easy to order and they arrived on time!

The socks arrived quickly (ordered last shipping day before Christmas) and the printing is nice quality.

I loved the socks I ordered as they were gifts for family they loved them as well. The pictures on them came out clear and colorful. They were delivered quickly and within the time stated.

Incredibly poor quality. Bobbled immediately after first wash distorting the faces. They already look like old socks. Absolute waste of money.

Amazing customer service, bought a pair of socks for my son which were too small. They sent me a bigger pair straight away, no charge. They look amazing but maybe would be nicer if the material stretched a little more..?

The socks look cheap and the printing fades in the first wash. I wouldn’t buy again. However the fabric is very comfortable.
