I am very happy with a company introduced to me by Boiler Guide called New Boiler Installations Ltd, Cochester. Although there was a bit of miscommunication, however, that was solved. Will recommend all day long.

I filled out the questionnaire online and ticked the box to receive information by e mails and not by phone.Send me an email. Obviously this falls on deaf ears as they have now contacted me twice by email asking me to ring them so they can ask me more questions. Because they didn't ask me the questions by email, i went ahead and did it myself. Based on ball park quotes by e mail and recommended by friends i now wait for 2 companies to come and give me a fixed quote next week. I have sent this company 2 emails to unsubscribe from them, yet they keep sending me emails asking me to ring them for more info.Unbelievable.I want my privacy.

A quote quickly followed for a replacement boiler and the works have now been promptly and efficiently completed within 2 weeks.
