We had a replacement boiler fitted by R.B.Poolman Ltd, all done at short notice because our old one was leaking. A very professional and efficient service, a good job all round.

Having started the process of filling in my details on their web site I decided this company wasn't for me and exited. Ever since I have been bombarded with emails, phone calls and texts. I have unsubscribed several times from the emails but to no avail. Blocked the telephone number and now they have resorted to the texts with no blockable number. I will never use this company for anything.

All 3 responses were very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.
