Found a good plumber to install our boiler👍

We were looking to replace within the next month our boiler that had been having various problems and contacted Boiler Guide who gave us a fast response on the day leading up to the Christmas Bank Holiday. We were provided with 3 companies, one that contacted us within the day and the other two over the Holiday Period. A situation arose where we had to make alternative arrangements and did not use any of the three companies. Having said that i would recommend Boiler guide and the three companies for their response over a bank holiday period.

Probably being generous with 4 stars. But 3 companies contacted me and turned up as arranged to provide quotes, all polite and helpful. One quote not received at all and the company chosen has let us down on the morning of install. Very inconvenient but understand illness happens. Just hoping for no further issues.

D.R. Plumbing and Heating fitted an oil boiler for our home. Our experience with them was great. They were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work doing. We will definitely be using them again.

Contacted this company on line and within half a hour I had the names of 3 companies wanting to survey and give me quotes. Then within a hour I had arranged 3 visits to do quotes in the next 3 working days ( my fault spread over 3 days ). This was after spending 2 weeks trying to get firms to come after been let down by someone who had been recommended 2 months before. I will have a new boiler fitted by this time next week.

I contacted Boiler Guide on Friday afternoon when I realised my boiler wasn't working. Not surprising as it was 25 years old and was undoubtedly very inefficient. I was sent details of three Heating and plumbing companies. One of which (Lodge Heating & Plumbing) contacted me within a few minutes. One of their engineers arrived very quickly and was very professional and explained everything to me clearly. He provided me with a very reasonably priced quote and, the boiler was replaced 3 days later. Thank you Boiler Guide for introducing me to them. The other organisation did also respond but I had already committed to Lodge.
