Old Oil Boiler need replacing and Tony and Sam did a first class job installing a new one at very short notice. They kept to timescale throughout and were extremely professional and competent at all times. I couldn’t be more pleased and of course have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Placed an enquiry via Boiler Guide as our old oil boiler had packed up and was overdue replacement! We were contacted shortly after the initial enquiry by a Worcester Bosch accredited installer, Thistle Services. Thistle fitted a replacement boiler quickly and at what I consider a very competitive price Very pleased with the whole experience.

Very good at installing the super-efficient Vaillant ecoTEC 425 boiler. They got on with the job with the minimum of disturbance. We are nice & warm now.

The engineer arrived on time and conducted a thorough survey. He was friendly and communicative, invited questions and produced an instant fully costed quote using his lap - top. He was able to start work within a couple of weeks and displayed a thorough knowledge of what was required. Work started on time and, despite an unforeseen hitch, his detailed knowledge meant everything was completed within a reasonable timescale. It took me a couple of days to get to grips with the Nest thermostat but after some time spent online reading the copious advice available all is functioning well.

Good serevice..but still awaiting the Programmer and Room Thermostat.

Had lots of good, and apparently accurate, info about boilers on their website. Put me in touch with 3 local companies, all visited within a day (confusingly all three engineers were called Kevin) and provided quotes within a further day. Happy with fast service and all three Kevins were helpful and knowledgeable.
