Excellent team removed 40 year old oil boiler and radiators throughout the house, replacing with an external oil boiler and entirely new radiators. Bizarrely I find myself writing a review for a company that I have not ended up using (due to my particular weird type of heating!) and yet the company Shnugg who contacted me were incredibly professional and honest. Easy service to use. quickly provided 3 plumbers firms contact details, which I was able to follow up. Two were able to help and one provided quick and very competent service.

Asked for quotes for a new boiler online late one evening. The following afternoon I had two quotes given after quick surveys by the potential installers. Also a quote given over telephone after responding to several questions. The installation of the new boiler was completed in a very satisfactory manner by the installer.

Delight with the installation of my Valliant Boiler. The installer did an great job, very neat and tidy. Once my new boiler was installed he explained how to operate my boiler. It is such an improvement on my old boiler. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Boiler was installed Friday since then boiler has not fired up.The Vaillant boiler that was installed has come up with 7 different faults & Vaillant have refused to help.the installer to get the boiler working correctly
