Very Bad Service and Rude Behavior I'm really unhappy with the service I got when a worker came to put in a new fiberbox at my house. From the start, the man was unkind and complained a lot about his team, continuously criticising his colleagues over an alleged misplacement of the cable, despite no evidence to suggest their incompetence. He said he needed more time to finish his work because his co-workers messed up. We went into my house to start putting in the fiberbox, but then he started complaining again. He said the job would be too time-consuming and challenging. Then, without even starting the work, he left my house. I followed him and told him that he couldn't just walk away. I even took a day off work for this. But he was very rude. He said he didn't care and it was not his problem, and just left. I was really shocked! This is not right. I trust your company to do a good job and this is not how I expected to be treated. I hope you can fix this problem soon. Thank you. UPDATE: Today, a representative from TDC/LK Fiber visited and confirmed that your co-worker should have completed the job because it is straightforward. It is crucial to emphasize that your proposed timeline of waiting another month is completely unacceptable. Please prioritize fixing this issue immediately. UPDATE: Exceptional service provided by project leader, Nicki, from DKTV. He personally supervised the on-site operation, sending his top technician who conducted a thoroughly professional job. After initial issues, I'm delighted to report my Internet is now functioning perfectly. A superb experience, all thanks to Nicki and coworker - happy customer now!
