Removes the black spot ok. Very strong smell of bleach. You need to wear a mask. Bleaches the grass if it comes in to contact with it.

Was sceptical at first, but after a friend gave me a small sample of the black spot removal formula, I was impressed and purchased a number of bottle to clean my 1988 Bradstone patio and retaining walls. Really impressed. I did not even have to use the pressure washer very long and now have a patio that looks almost as it was new in 1988. Thanks.

It really works, we have had black spot on our natural stone patio 2 years, and nothing we tried would move it. A couple of areas did need two applications, but the patio looks as good as new with very little work. Well worth the money.
