I had tried everything I could think off to get rid of the black spots on my stone flags and nothing worked, then saw this product and it got rid of them just by spraying it waiting a little while then swilling it way and they gone, the stone looked nice and clean, amazing product have already recommended it to friends

Worked better than I possibly thought it would, rather expensive but you get what you pay for and this was definitely worth it.

Had a 5 year old patio, hadn’t maintained it. Tried other cheaper products, jet washed it but the black mould remained & the patio looked dull & lifeless. I didn’t hold out much hope that anything would work but this honestly does. I am amazed & will 100% buy again to maintain the sandstone in the future. Happy customer!

I bought this product on the back of endorsements in RHS magazines and shows. On use we were alarmed by strong bleach smell which wasn't good for anyone with asthma!!!!! It works very well, but doesn't go very far, so the areas I wanted ti clean made buying more of this product prohibitive . I would not buy it again from an environmental level, it kills any insects it touches.

Fantastic product does what it says But very expensive

Great product although I do not agree that it is harmless to plants. Even after extensive washing the patio with water plants at the edge died. That is just my experience.

This company is brilliant. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful. We met them at Gardeners World, purchased the spot remover. Our patio was inherited with the house and had been down for about 20 years. The difference after using this product was amazing.

It does what it says on the tin

I've tried to clean our york stone paving for many years, myself and with outside help. I also tried Patio Black Spot Remover extensively last year with disappointing results. I then heard from a friend that they offer a cleaning service and a visit was organised last month. The results are truly outstanding and our paving looks as good as new. Apparently this condition can be preserved with a minimal annual preventer treatment. Excellent product and service.

Very good product. Need to be prepared to make several applications over a few days to get hardened stains out. It did make the patio look nearly brand new again. Would use again / regularly from now on.

Absolutely brilliant, cleaned the patio perfectly (Indian sandstone), almost better than original installation. Friendly professional installer, even moved the heavy planters around which I couldn't do due to broken fingers. Highly recommended.
