Great product and prompt delivery.

Product arrived on time. Did a good job of cleaning my slabs, though perhaps not quite as good as the publicity photos. There are some spots I need to go over again. There again my concrete slabs are quite aged now. Certainly much better than just power washing.

The product, AND customer service, are simply brilliant!

An extremely efficient service, and the product delivered exactly the result we were hoping for. We had a bad black spot problem and the product removed ALL of it! The team who carried out the work were polite, friendly, very efficient and took great care to limit any collateral damage to plants and shrubs.

Works, but very expensive

Excellent result. All company members polite and very helpful. My patio looks like new. Someone even asked if I had had a new patio laid. Cannot rate PBSR highly enough. Will certainly recommend and use again as have more stonework, which needs to be cleaned.

The product is very, very effective. It is also incredibly overpriced (£34 for 2L). I strongly recommend anyone needing blackspot removal to buy high strength bleach (12-13%) which is much, much better value and does the same job.

The product appears to be as good as before. However the price per litre seems to have doubled. It used to come in 5 litre containers, now it is in two and a half litre containers at nearly £60 each.

It just did the job

I am really pleased with the product. I have tried other spot removers, but none has worked anywhere near as well as this on my natural stone patio. Ordering was very easy, staff were very helpful when contacted, and delivery was rapid.

Great results on natural stone patio and pathways that have been down 20+ years. Easy to apply and clean bleach smell whilst using. Better result than other pain cleaners on the market.

This is a fantastic stone and block paving cleaner. The block paving comes up as new as did the stone patio last year. I can highly recommend it.

The product arrived on time. The instructions were full and very clear. I am very pleased with the results so far and will be purchasing it again.

The product helped improve the natural stones appearance. However it did not remove the black spots and that was the objective and expectation given the name of the product!!! The product was very effective on our bricks and after two treatments and power washing they look like new!! So, that’s my experience- the question remains “how do I remove black spots from my natural stone patio? Paul

Very good but expensive.

I had been cleaning my patio slabs with the pressure washer but decided to use Patio Black Spot Remover. It was so easy to use and the end result was great. It did not do as many slabs as I was expecting but that is because I was applying it too generously. Will be interested in what it is like next year before I use the Preventer.
