PBSR cleaned in excess of 250 sqm of Yorkstone paving and other stonework at our home. Having not been properly cleaned for decades, the transformation in appearance was remarkable and we are very pleased with the results. The service was also excellent - the PBSR team were courteous, helpful and took pride in ensuring every little area was done properly.

Excellent product. Works every time. I have used it a few times now and have failed to find an alternative that does the job. My only gripe is about the cost. This year I spent a total of £420 to clean a relatively small patio area and drive. I can’t spend that every year.

I am still waiting for my second delivery.After writing this report. My order was delivered that afternoon. On checking the e mail,I noticed the date referred to was June(my first delivery) At the time of writing I was waiting for a second delivery. I am so sorry. The Remover works really well and I was so pleased with the results I decided to treat more patio slabs.

Left booking the work rather too late but got an earlier cancellation as they said might be possible. Richard was punctual, very helpful, informative and extremely thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Great product - I was very surprised I didn't expect it to be so effective. I made the mistake of applying it in hot weather and therefore needed to repeat it as it dried very quickly - I was so pleased it didn't take out my plants and this is its major advantage ...

I have applied the product as per the instructions and although the Indian stone slabs have cleaned up the black spots remain.

The result exceeded my expectations. All the organic matter was removed and my patio slabs were returned to their original colour. My previously dull patio was transformed. Sam the operative was very friendly and professional. Overall a great result.

I have used this product before and have been very satisfied with the results. On this occasion, as usual, it was easy to place an order and delivery was very quick.

Its does what it promises but at eight to ten times the price of buying Sodium Hypochlorite (a widely available swimming pool cleaner) unbranded that is still called patio cleaner. Unacceptable mark-up, so wont be buying that again.
