Australia | 03 March 2025My account has been deactivated - because I inadvertently used a wrong email address to login but by the time I realised my mistake, which was understandable given that I rarely am required to 'login' in the App on my phone. Since then, I have been trying to phone so I can rectify the situation. The answering service told me, "Our services are currently closed, but we are open between the hours..." HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE I TRIED OVER FIVE TIMES WITHIN THE HOURS SPECIFIED AND STILL GET THE SAME MESSAGE! It says go FAQs on the Website - no related Question (and Answer) there! Go to the In-App Chat, again, my actual query is because I have been locked out of the App! SO WHERE DO I GO? THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR given that I transfer a total of more than $5,000 USD every month!

Canada | 03 March 2025Why is it so hard to get customer support through this service. Another disappointing thing compared to other services is when you try to cancel a transfer. It constantly always says when you click on need help and support. The app is not working right now. That's a common scam because they want their share of the percentage when you're sending money. Highly recommend using another service unless they fix this. Me and two friends tried doing the exact same transfer and had the same issue with it. Not wanting to let you cancel your transfer.
