Germany | 23 February 2025I used to be a satisfied customer of WorldRemit for over a year, and everything worked smoothly—until recently. Out of nowhere, they changed their internal processes and started demanding ridiculous amounts of documentation, even after my account was fully verified. Now, my account is blocked, and I can’t complete transactions without going through this unnecessary hassle. I have provided what ever I could, and request making things for customer easy and not hard. Their customer service is just as disappointing. Instead of offering real solutions, they kept repeating the same demands without explaining why this was suddenly necessary. It feels like they don’t value loyal customers at all. Changing internal processes should NEVER come at the expense of user experience. Forcing customers to jump through hoops after everything was working fine is just bad business. I wouldn’t recommend WorldRemit to anyone until they fix this mess. Plenty of other platforms offer a smoother, more respectful experience without wasting your time.

Vielen Dank dafür! Hallo liebes Worldremit-Team, Seit Januar 2025 kann ich keine Einzahlungsbelege (Payment Receipt) mehr ausdrucken. In der Worldremit-App sind die drei Punkte auf der Payment Receipt nicht mehr aktivierbar. Auch mehrere Ab- und wieder Anmeldungen haben nicht geholfen. Diese Quittungen brauchen wir aber zum Nachweis. Bitte senden Sie mir die Quittungen per E-Mail und teilen mir bitte mit, was ich zukünftig tun muss, um die Quittungen ausdrucken zu können. Germany | 22 February 2025I sent airtime update to both my sister in law and mother in law. While one of the transactions went through, the other airtime update didn't arrive. Trying to use the phone support failed several times as the automated system claimed the transaction number was unknown. Using the chat system also failed, they repeatedly asked for the same information already given and didn't actually answer my questions. Update: I now got a callback from a support representative. She's been very helpful. Additionally, the receiver has contacted SafariCom, which claimed there have been technical problems. We'll see how this gets resolved.
