The process worked well. It went smoothly and was able to be received quickly by the person I had sent it to.

Quick, effective, good rate & fee. The only improvement I would suggest is to text the collection amount & number to my recipient. Have not been doing so lately.

Two transfers to Nigeria were great, very quick and pain free. However for several days, I couldn't reach DRCongo. When I did reach it, your charge was 10%. I had to change to Western Union, which only charged me $7.50 not $100 to send money. I was quite disappointed.

I couldn't collect my money because World remit have my nam registered without my middle name. A reason I strongly disagreed with to refuse me access to my money. It is rather difficult to resolve such issues with World Remit and I was left very disappointed.

If you cancel a transaction it's a problem of getting it back even after the 10 working days, chat line always busy phone line always busy no one will call you back still waiting for the December cancelled transaction up to now ,l have been using this service for years .

I sent money on the 3rd of January. It has been nearly 3 weeks and they still haven’t sent it. Bad customer services. Loooong waiting times on the phone. Barely help. No records kept so you have to keep explaining yourselves. I will never use this company again. I just need my money back

it's very fast to send to worldremit because before I used to go to remittance just to send to my family, now it's very easy to send online
