You sent me a email asking me o contact you to discuss what I had wrote. The email was from a no-reply email. As I said before, how do I contact you? I sent a email and was told it undeliverable. I got another email from you saying you tried to call? Why not let me call you? How I I contact you? Why so evasive?

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025So I set up a new account on Saturday to transfer some funds to a charity abroad from the UK. I received an email to say my transfer was in progress. I tried to access the transfer progress yesterday and got a message to say my account has been deactivated ( NO REASON GIVEN) and I would receive an email. I have not received anything and cannot get through on the phone and there is no email to contact them. Not happy at all!!!

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025I was trying to get my statement for all the transactions that I’ve made via your app for the last 4 or 5 years but I couldn’t obtain it as the transaction history only goes up til Jan 2023. I sought help from contacting your team via chat and Remi responded but their wasn’t much it could do. She got me through to chat with a live agent that goes by the name Kaye. Gave him/her the detail of what I was going through to which she responded: Kaye: “Hi l do apologize but we are having technical difficulties with our system today and we cannot pull up any transaction history on our end. You can contact us back after an hour or two. Thank you for contacting Worldremit. Once again my name is Kaye, continue sending money with love.” Me: “What kind of response is that?” Kaye: “We are experiencing issue on our end we cannot process or generate a transaction history on our end” Even before I could reapond she responded again! Kaye: “I will not take much of your time. Thanks for stopping by to chat with WorldRemit and conversing with me today. Have a good one and stay safe” And she/he just ended the conversation like it never happened! All I wanted to ask was where is the customer service in this? It was as if she/he just wanted to get rid of me. I’ve worked as a Customer Relation agent and I ask that you train your agents to do better because I would rather leave this app and put up my review on social media (mind you I am a content creator) and show people what your service is all about. This is not the first and may I say that your agents via the call centre are very rude as well. Thank you!
