I've entered a wrong account number and been told the transfer were successful and the money was paid out to the recipients bank account which is a lie. And until now, nobody contacted me about the refund etc.

The process of the payment went very smoothly and quickly this time.

My transfer was denied for terms and conditions, supposedly section 5. I don't find this satisfactory. Worldremit is out of line and just needs to do their bloody job. It's not complicated.

The transfers are okay but here and there you experience delays and sometimes the local agent takes long to process without any Explaation. Iwish there could be explanations when the transfers take long and not just we are working on it

My account was frozed! No resolution until now

we are having trouble in claiming the money here in uae, and we want to refund it and make new transaction again, but unfortunetly world remit is telling that they cannot refund cause it has been collected but it WAS NOT collected at all as the exchange wants to put the middle name of the receiver. how POOR your customer service is!! ITS a HUGE MONEY. HOPE SOMEONE HELPFUL will work on this issue as soon as possible. contact the sender to sort this out

The cost is lower than it used to be, and the App works well, except for this: The details for my saved contacts used to be properly saved, but for s while now, what kind of account I am transferring to is not. I have to enter it every time. More annoying than that, your system sends me an eMail immediately notifying me that someone changed that, as if I had a choice!

This is probably the worst company for customer service. I don't recommend their services AT ALL! There are many companies available to send money to loved ones and friends that are efficient, have good exchange rate and answer to customer calls. This company doesn't even have a friendly website. Do not use them.

High rate and no fees if you send higher amount, but I hope someday it will be zero fees for any amount you send, overall I'm happy using World Remit especially for sending higher amounts of money
