I now have to send her money through her niece. I do not know what happened to her number. If I send money to her, the delivery fails despite the many times I have sent money to her. Canada | 12 February 2025I started a transfer and realized I had used the wrong bank card in my Apple Pay and cancelled it right away. I checked my transactions and it said status “Cancelled” I then did the transfer from the correct card thinking the other one was cancelled. I checked the following 2 days and said, “ cancelled, refund being processed” Then i received an e-mail today saying it isn’t cancelled.

Two got their monies almost immediately, but the third recipient had to send identification documents - and got her money the following day. this happens to this recipient every time I send money, almost every month. THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH THE LOCAL AGENT IN SOUTH AFRICA. WorldRemit is amazing and process orders immediately, I have had excellent service from them for many years.
