I submitted a transaction from the USA to South Africa on February 5th, and it is still in progress today. I had to inquire two times when this transfer would be completed, and on both occasions, I was told there was a technical issue, and they couldn't tell when it would be processed. It was the worst service ever! Be warned that your transaction won't always go as expected, and they won't even bother to keep you informed.

Ive been using this app for almost 2 years, but when I moved to another country, they deactivated my account, I had conversations with their agent named Harry just to update my address and phone number but unfortunately they deactivated my account for almost 3 weeks now..just sharing my BAD experience..so I had to use another app.

Honestly I would say helping the customers in the right time I being almost two months since I started calling you. no body picking up the phone and I wast my time , that is not the right way help a customer. That’s needs to improve a little better

When everything works fine, the service is pretty good. But, from my experience, every 6-7th transaction, something goes wrong and it can take 1-3 days to be fixed. Also, their customer service is good if you have very easy questions only. I don't know if those agents are paid by the # of questions they answer, or if they are lazy, but they don't seem to read more than the first line of your question.
