This company offers a thicker version of its Ultra Cool Memory Foam pillow allegedly for side sleepers. This pillow is too soft to support my head when I am lying on my side. This product is defective in my view. This pillow also had a strong odor upon opening the airtight plastic bag it was shipped in. I have encountered products packaged in an extra airtight plastic bag before. Those products reeked also.

We timed our mattress delivery for our move-in and there have been delays, which in themselves can happen. What I do not appreciate is the complete lack of communication about it. It is not normal for me to have to call to know why my mattress hasn't arrived. Every time I call, I get different information as well. I have been sleeping on an air mattress for the past two weeks. This is not what I expected from this company.

This pillow is perfect. Just the right firmness and size.

Amazing experience!

Got a Leesa cause I have heard so many good things about them. Tried one out at a friends place and loved it. Was wanting to replace my old mattress, and so far I’m not regretting that decision.

Good communication

We receive our mattress and pillows in a timely manner. The packaging was sturdy and durable. Also, it us incredibly satisfying to take the plastic off and watch the mattress puff up! Sleeping on the bed and pillows is AMAZING!! It is so comfortable! I am a side sleeper, and my back and hips are no longer soar when I wake up. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!!

We’d originally purchased two Naturepedic trundle mattresses for our kids’ new bunk bed. While the kids were fine with the mattresses were not comfortable at all for adults. We decided to try the Leesa mattress for the bottom bunk and it’s so much better! It’s actually really comfortable, so those nights we fall asleep with our kids are cozy for all.

First of all, I have no complaints regarding the product. It seems to be well made but I haven't had it long enough to comment on any other aspect. My suggestion for improvements are in two areas. One is quality control. I ordered two twin XL mattresses. They sent me two regular twins. This mistake cost them over $2500 and added a couple of weeks to the time before I will hopefully receive the product I ordered. This is $2500 that will eventually be paid by other customers. The second suggestion would be to improve customer contact regarding the processing of the replacement claim. As expected, they required photographic evidence of the box used for shipping and the actual tags on the mattresses. After providing these, I heard nothing from the company. It would be good to know that they received the photos, that they were satisfactory, and what the next steps/timetable would be. Instead, I had to initiate another call to customer service to get clarity on the status and timetable.

This is my second Leesa mattress and I love them! The pillows are great too. Delivery was much faster than I expected.

Leesa helped me choose the right mattress and figure out how to set up my new mattress. We love our new Legend Hybrid, just the right amount of support and "smooshiness!"

Great mattress. I have 2 now and it was shipped really fast.

The frame was very hard to put together with holes and plugs/nails not easily fitting together. Instructions say that the fit of holes/plugs should be snug and may take effort to put together, but it was harder than it should have been to assemble, especially for 2 adults.
