Came quicker than expected. Platform bed was fairly straightforward to assemble...and the mattress 'unrolling' went just fine. Only improvement would have been white glove service...manhandling my OLD mattresses was the toughest part!

My Leesa box arrived with one of the ends open. Box could not handle such a heavy item during transport. Not sure if paperwork came with the product since the box was open.

I received it soon, seller get me in the loop on any delays.

Website said our mattress would be ready and shipped in a couple days. Huge delays with no communication from the company. Called for an update and they were unable to give one. If you need a mattress by a certain date, you’re better off with a company that can guarantee a delivery date.

It was great, very fast shipping, and Leesa products are wonderful. The platform base was easy to assemble by myself without any tools.

I was supposed to receive two free pillows in addition to the twin mattress. But didn’t get any. I feel disappointed and deceived.

Delivered Too Early I called and specifically asked that the item NOT be delivered until after 3/14 since our home is new construction and we would not be closing until 3/14. The item was delivered early and left on the front step for several hours until we could contact the realtor to bring it inside.

This pillow is awesome. Super comfortable and has given me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Definitely worth the price!

Good response on purchase and kept informed about shipping and delivery times. Slept great last night and no back pain this morning.

Happy with design of new bed frame (a little tough getting the 4th pin installed) but Fed Ex delivery person just dropped it on snowy / wet driveway (never came to door to let us know we had a delivery). Also appeared to me that mattress was coming in same shipment but looks like it may not get here until a week or so later.
