The mattress stopped giving support after one year. It is no longer firm where we sleep.

The Lessa mattress is good. However, I do not recommend the buying from Lessa because of their poor customer service and they do not honor their referral program. A friend referred me to Lessa and Lessa has not paid him for refering me. Lessa is ignoring my messages and is unhelpful. Since they lie about their referral program, what else are they lying about? I do not recommend buying from Lessa. Look elsewhere.

FYI This is a review of the company and not the mattress. My daughter bought the Leesa mattress and it was never delivered to her SF address. Despite repeated phone calls to Leesa and to UPS the mattress sat in the UPS warehouse for a week. Finally she drove to the UPS warehouse and picked it up herself. NO help loading it into her car and no refund for service not rendered.

I ordered a Leesa mattress and foundation (Leesa Platform Bed). Leesa's 'white glove service' which takes the mattress out of the box and assembles the Leesa Platform Bed is XPO logistics. The first Leesa Platform Bed that they delivered was broken. So I contacted Leesa and arranged to have a replacement foundation delivered. UPS delivered the second Leesa Platform Bed in a box. I didn't hear anything from Leesa or XPO about assembling it. So I called Leesa's customer service. I was told Leesa's 'while glove service'/XPO would be reaching out to me to schedule an appointment to put together the second Leesa Platform Bed. A month after I initially ordered the mattress and Leesa Platform Bed (I've been sleeping on my couch the entire month because the mattress is on top of the unstable Leesa Platform Bed and I live in a small apartment), the 'white glove service' sent me an email at 6:05 am Sat morning saying they would be coming by my apartment b/w 8 am - 12 pm that day. Then they sent me a text at 6:07 am saying my appointment had been confirmed. I was asleep and it woke me up. However, I didn't read the text and I went back to sleep. Then, at 7:20, I received a phone call that woke me up again. The call was from the driver who told me that he would be at my apartment in about 30 minutes to put the replacement Leesa Platform Bed together. I was not at my apartment! I told him I would need more lead time. I then called back about 10 minutes later and said that I could be available later in the day if he had time to do the stop later during the window. I tried him several times during the next 2 hours, but couldn't get him and he didn't call back. So I tried XPO at 1 pm (the delivery company/ 'white glove service') after looking their customer service number up online (1 (844) 742-5976). They said he was on route and there was only 1 customer before me. I called back at 3:30 pm and was told the EXACT same thing! He never came. I waited the entire day and the 'white glove service' never came! First, it took Leesa two weeks to deliver the mattress and Leesa Platform Bed. The first Leesa Platform Bed was broken and unstable, so I never slept on it and immediately ordered a replacement. Then, it took Leesa an entire month after my initial order to even attempt to come by and assemble the replacement Leesa Platform Bed/haul the broken one off. That would be two weeks after they delivered the broken Leesa Platform Bed. But the attempt failed! Now, Leesa wasted my entire Saturday. I waited the entire day for them to arrive but they never came even though XPO said they were on their way both times that I called! This is the worst service I have ever received! I was just speaking with someone at XPO and they won't even let you call and set up a delivery window. You must wait for them to call you! Why does Leesa think that I am at their beck and call to have mattresses and bed frames delivered! I have a life! I have to work! I've been sleeping on my couch for a MONTH! DO NOT ORDER A LEESA MATTRESS OR LEESA PLATFORM BED!!! If you do, you might end up sleeping on your couch for over a month like me.

I purchased a king Leesa mattress in late April of 2017. Within eighteen months, it had started to sag terribly in the middle. I am a small woman - 5'4", no more than 120 lbs. This kind of disintegration is pretty remarkable. I did not and have not used my mattress in any way other than what it was made for: sleep. I rotated it religiously. Still, it sagged. I contacted Leesa via their online support system in late June 2019 and said: look, this is a problem. I've had a LOT of trouble actually getting them to respond, but when I did they asked for photos of something like 5 different set ups of my bed. I did what I could: I did their broom-across-the-mattress to show the indentation. It's pretty noticeable. It's very clear. What I am NOT able to do is rip apart my bed to show them the structure underneath. Nowhere on Leesa's website does it say I am obligated to use only a certain type of structure lest I void my warranty; this kind of effort on MY, the customer's, part is beyond unnecessary. A mattress company should be able to send people over to handle this for me; the problem is your product. The burden should be on YOU, Leesa. And I certainly do not want a replacement of this same junky mattress. I am pretty disgusted with Leesa's lack of effort to make this right. Top it all off? When I FIRST received the mattress? It had a ripped cover. It took nearly a month for them to send a replacement.

I weigh 180 and this mattress is not comfortable for me. I am a side sleeper and wake up every morning with neck pain and back pain. It may be too firm for me. Unfortunately I thought it would get better over time but it did not. I missed the return window. It would maybe be good for a back sleeper with an adjustable bed. My partner weighs 250 and wakes up with neck pain as well. Sorry we really wanted to like these mattresses but I'm going to have to look elsewhere.

Feels like they've gone out of business. The mattress was okay, but too soft, so I'm trying to return it after 30 nights of sleep. I'm on my third day of leaving voicemails and have sent 5 emails. Also went onto instagram to try to reach them, but I've had zero response. It's as if they've shut down their organization.

UPDATE: Leesa refunded our white glove delivery fee and is sending the foundation, but it will unfortunately be Wednesday or later. So we have to sleep on the mattress on the floor until then. Hi, my husband and I placed an order for a Leesa Sapira King mattress a couple of weeks ago and FOUNDATION and paid extra for white glove delivery to remove our old heavy Tempurpedic mattress for us. This morning the delivery men showed up with a broken truck and were barely able to unload our mattress, but they were able to squeeze it out of a crack in the truck. They removed our old mattress from our bedroom and put it on the floor of our garage and told us they would “come back and get it” so now our old mattress is laying on the floor of our garage. My husband then disassembled the slats on our bed frame so that the new foundation could be installed, but they didn’t bring our foundation! They brought a small box with a bed frame in it, that we don’t need. So now what? They didn’t take our old mattress, nor did they bring a foundation for us to sleep on with our new mattress. Where the hell are we going to sleep tonight? The freaking floor? I am VERY angry and upset about this. To add insult to injury this morning, when I called the automated message on the Leesa customer service number said hours on Saturday and Sunday are 11 AM EST - 9 PM or whatever. I have been calling for almost 30 minutes now with no answer/a voicemail that says they should be open, but upon checking the website, one place says they don't open on Saturdays and another place says they are open. So which one is it? I have a feeling we are screwed without a place to sleep until Monday at least. UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS NOT OKAY. If Leesa cares about their customers they should NOT be delivering mattresses on days that customer service reps aren’t available to help resolve delivery issues like this. This is unacceptable and I am so upset I am considering just sending the whole mattress back for a refund and going with a different brand.

I had an issue where I needed to return the mattress and get another one (from Leesa) outside the 100-day window. I figured they would be helpful but I was only offered a small coupon for the 1K investment I wasn't happy with. The service rep was kind enough but just a case of sorry about that. There are a ton of other companies to buy from for a better price so I will be taking my business and recommendations elsewhere.

First of all let me say I did not like there mattress. It was very firm to the point my feet hurt laying on it. I am warm blooded so I was hoping the claim for a cool mattress would be true, it is not the mattress held in my heat and I sweated all night long. I ended up sleeping on the floor it was so bad. Why three stars? I decided after sleeping on the floor I was buying a new mattress the next day even if I lost money on Lessa. I chatted with customer service on Leesa and the process went so smooth I was surprised and skeptical. They scheduled a pickup two days later, 1800 Junk, and they came and hauled it away, and then two days later I recieved a full refund. So not a good mattress, at least for me, I think the ads are misleading, but any company that sucks it up and gives a full refund is at least three star in my books. To try with confidence and great customer service, I lost a few nights sleep on what I though was going to be great mattress. Go to Sit N Sleep they have a machine called mattress match that you lay on and the computer narrows down the search in the store to about four mattress.

Apparently there were some "fraudulent" activity going on that they detected in THEIR systems. I know for certain that my credit card approved my purchase right away. I did not hear back from them until 4 days later. And I had to call them internationally to confirm all the information that I had accurately spelled out to them before. Thanks to them I'll be sleeping on the floor until they decide to deliver my mattress. Hope your mattress is good enough for my aching back.

The apparently are low on foam, as the twins now come .5-2.5 inches shorter than a standard mattress. Returns are not easy and the require you to measure "their way" and then they question the picture with the numbers. Almost funny if it wasn't pathetic. The bed is comfortable. But now I have regular sized frame for a twin and i have an almost 2 inch gap to the edge. But they say the "warranty team" reviewed it and it's within reason. Again, almost funny. Won't buy from them again sadly. Was a fan. Now I would try a Casper.

Mattress is hot. Unbelievably hot despite being assured by an agent for LEESA that it wouldn’t be ( I queried in advance of buying as memory foam component known for being hot). I bought at the time of having spinal surgery so wanted to be sure of comfort. Comfortable it is. But I feel like I am lying on a radiator all night. I did go back to the company but I was out of the the time scales. I was struggling with a rough recovery from surgery so didn’t get around to it before. They weren’t interested and given their advertising for fantastic service for customers I thought this was really poor. It was a very expensive mistake . . . . I would not recommend based on my experience.

Great service on the delivery. Mattress, OMG so comfortable!! The downside is we don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Regular back ache with our old mattress has completely disappeared!! Love it......

It really is a great nights sleep, and far cheaper than a lot of the alternatives. Added to that we were about to move house, and having the mattress delivered in a box meant that was one of the easier things in our flat to move. Would thoroughly recommend

We ordered our Leesa mattress about 2 months ago. It is the first mattress we have ever owned that we LOVE. We have been sleeping so much better, with less aches and pains in the morning. Their website was easy to navigate and make a purchase. Our order was processed, arrived quickly and with no issues. The mattress arrived rolled up in a box, which concerned us at first, but after unrolling it and letting it 'rest' for a day, it was ready to sleep on. We've seriously, never slept so great. Now to find the perfect pillows....
