I am in the process of recovering from my second below the knee amputation and my recovery is going much quicker than the first. I believe this is due to several factors including the use of in water from your bottle.

I did receive them and using them . One question when I clean one of the bottles the plastic ring that goes in the base with the glass came off . Are they supposed to come off the glass bottle? Wasn’t sure if it would leak in base

Great product and helpful staff

My bottle broke after four days. They asked me for a video of the problem which I attempted but I had some difficulty getting it to work. They offered no other solution such as returning it for a new one. I spent over a hundred dollars on a useless bottle.

It helped with walking right away, made me regular with BM'S. I sleep better,and reduced soda intake greatly.I can only handle 3 to 4 small bottles per day( is that enough ?)seems to be, because i urinate too much. I have M.S. and it wears my legs out. I also noticed that little red spots on my arms have disappeared and skin is more hydrated and my vision seems clearer so A+++++ if you ask me every person in the world needs one!!

This company has quite literally the WORST CUSTOMER service I've ever received. I've been trying to get the company to fix my order AND the amount they charged which was INCORRECT from the moment I hit order. Apparently basic math is of no concern for Ion Bottles. THEY REFUSE to correct the order or adjust the total. Because of this I wish to return my 279 dollar water bottle order and noW they want to charge me 41 dollar restocking fee, FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

I am editing this post from 1 to 5 stars. Since my original post I have been contacted by the owner and all issues totally and properly resolved and then some. Thanks ionbottles, I'm pleased for your response. I never would have expected the free bottle, I was just trying to be heard and have my issue addressed in a timely manner. We're good, thx again, greatly appreciated.

Excellent product! Easy to use and so portable. I love that it has a handle and the secure bottom that doesn’t allow the bottle to slide around. It’s easy to clean, the battery lift is great, charges quickly, and my only regret is that I didn’t buy two since my 8 year old daughter loves it too! The inhalation option really helped her recently when she had a cold and couldn’t breathe through her nose. It would open her up in minutes.

0 stars was my intent but It doesn't allow me to leave it. I purchased the ion bottle pitcher from a Facebook advertisement. Upon receiving the package the box was very damaged. I removed the plastic the box wss very damaged and had appearances of being used. Some of the paint was peeling where the box had been reused several times. Then I removed the pitcher from the woren foam and its clear this was a display item or used for demonstration. Markings on the metal sides, rubber at the bottom was worn, tan stain inside the pitcher. Cable had scratches. I immediately sent a email and call their office. No one had responded. So i contacted my credit card company. Then they responded after I informed them I was going to report them. My first response from Andreah L.. She claim she could not find my order each time I sent her the same information. I even sent pictures. Delays after delays and excuses. My second contact Nicole P. just as worse.

These bottles are great! Ordered two and now my friends want one. You can taste the difference. I would have given four stars but one of the bottles just stopped working. The light turns blue temporarily but nothing happens. Sent customer service an email today. Hopefully I’ll hear back.

Bottle works really good and g!ass is thick. Seems well made after a few weeks of using. Makes a lot of h2 bubbles. I got the lifetime warranty just because it made sense.( It is an electronic device around water partly made with glass ). I am very happy with it. I also have been feeling really good lately healthwise.

Good quality product. You can purchase a 1 use warranty. It’s expensive for the bottle and the warranty. It’s called a lifetime warranty but it’s not. It’s a one replacement warranty. Overall it’s a solid product and I would recommend it.

I feel energized

Since purchasing my ion bottle and drinking rich clean water, I've notice a hugh increase in my energy level to the point that my drinking of energy drinks has decreased tremendously!

Handy staff, nice product. There's a few design choices I think I'd do differently but I'm a repeat customer and newer product if definitely a good improvement!

So far, some observations; 1. The energy level for both, my wife and I, seem a bit higher 2. My wife noticed that my eye bags seem less pronounced 3. Some improvements on muscle recovery after workout
