Love the product

I have been enjoying drinking hydrogen water. I notice a big difference in the taste compared to my regular purified water. It has more substance and a really good flavor. I also like that it is healthy for me.

After learning about the positive effects of hydrogen on the body, I was delighted to find the ion bottle. The price was reasonable. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I use it every day. The treated water feels more hydrating than non treated water. I feel more clarity and energy when I have used it. I also want to drink more water because I love watching the bottle creating the bubbles! My ion bottle is a fun product that I am so appreciative of because it provided my first step into exploring the benefits of hydrogen. I love this product.

The only thing ive noticed so far is, i have MORE ENERGY! My brain feels like i just now woke up from a sleep i had been in for years! Its like, 1 day i woke up & see the sunshine (if you will). I really did not believe this would do a hill of beans for this old fat, sluggish, sick body but....IT DID! I can honestly say, this is the 1st time i ever bought something that i felt WORKED. I still cant get over it! Ty with all my heart ionbottle company. 🥰

We've been using the ion water pitcher for about 2 weeks. We purchased the pitcher for the volume. While I'm sure I'm feeling some effects already, I'm holding out for 2 more weeks to see how it improves. I'm a disabled veteran. I lost all of my large intestine and some of my small intestine and therefore, i don't have much time to absorb a lot of nutrients before they're gone. So, Absorbing a clean healthy water is vital for my health basics. I'm glad we found this company.

Love this water bottle! It comes with easy to follow instructions, charging chord and tubes for inhalation which I had no idea was a feature when I bought it! The water tastes great, is super easy and fun to watch in action. So excited to experience the health benefits!

I purchased these bottles for myself and wife. We particiapte in Hydrogen therapy at Doctors. Ordering was easy, they provided shipping and tracking information. Warranty is very good and any questions I had were answerd promptly. One of the units developed a charging problem and is being replaced. Very satisfied with the product and caompany.

I have had one of their bottles for the last 6 months and I use it every day, only needing to charge it once a week. I definitely noticed that I am drinking more water then I was before. I'm not sure if it's the hydrogen gas or that I'm drinking more water, but I've lost 12 lbs in the past 4 months. I can't say anything bad, only good things so far.

I love my ionbottle! I feel great. Maybe it just makes me more mindful of making sure I'm drinking water, or maybe this water is just better for me. Makes no difference to me - I like watching the bubbles turn on and I like having this bottle of water always on my desk. Tastes great, and I feel juicy. :)

I should have researched a bit more. There does not seem to be any exhaust port for chlorine gas and ozone, as there should be for a PEM technology bottle. The information the company provides conveniently avoids addressing the issue of ozone and chlorine, byproducts of all hydrogen water bottles, that have to be dealt with one way or another. By avoiding the topic altogether and the fact that there is no visible exhaust port, I’m led to believe they’re not proud of the way their bottle handles the issue. The water the bottle produces has a slight pungent odor and stings your throat a bit. I wish I’d done more research before hand and chosen a bottle whose company was crystal clear about how they’d dealt with the negative byproducts of electrolysis, rather than just pick one advertising PEM technology. As other reviewers have stated as well, the shipping takes much longer than necessary. I live in Portland, OR and it was coming from southern Oregon, and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. All that time I was also being bombarded by emails with offers to buy more bottles at a discounted price, etc. Clever marketing… it seems that when they’ve hooked a customer, they are desperate to squeeze as many extra dollars out of them as possible before the customer has a chance to receive and use the product. I suspect they know their chances of getting more business from a customer after the customer receives and uses the bottle are slim. All in all, regardless of the quality of their product (which is very questionable in this case), the company behavior is shady.

I ordered an H2 pitcher and purchased the drops that indicate the amount of H2 in the treated water. I tested it twice and both times it showed that there was NO hydrogen in the water. I then tested the drops on water treated using the H2 tablets, from a different company, and it indicated the water had H2 in it. I'm afraid this company may be a scam. I had purchased the life time protection warranty, and they did say none of that would be returned. But in addition to not receiving the protection warranty back,, I did not receive full price for the pitcher. Very disappointed and I'm afraid I was scammed. I see the response from ionbottles accusing me of submitting 2 reviews. I am not Adrienne Gasser as they said in the response but I am Lennea Gasser. I did not write 2 reviews. My experience is my own. I did not see a way to respond to ionbottles so i chose to edit my review to state this.

I bought this product, excited about incorporating more hydrogen into my water intake. I've read the studies and listening to webinars about it, and believe there are benefits. First, the product took a while to show up, and I was not even provided with a tracking number for the delivery service that worked, so I just had to wait without knowing when it would actually show up. Second, after a week the bottle didn't seem to be working. I've had hydrogen infused water before, and this didn't seem right, so I bought a test kit (H2 Blue Test Reagent). Upon testing I couldn't even get past 0.1 PPM of hydrogen, so I reached out. They told me to buy a different test because they were certain mine was wrong. They don't even offer any sort of test on their site. I'm not going to spend money buying a bunch of different tests because they don't agree with my results. Lastly, I asked for a refund because it was defective and they just told me I was wrong. Now they want to charge return shipping + a 15% restocking fee stating they have to inspect the bottle. They can't tell me what they will be inspecting for, just that there will be an inspection. I've asked them multiple times now to tell me what they are inspecting for. Even better is they said they will charge the 15% restocking fee before they have even looked at the bottle, yet it is clearly defective. This company is a scam in my opinion. They hope people don't test their products, hence why they won't sell a testing kit on their site. And those that are smart enough to do so and want to return it, Ion Bottles is going charge shipping and restocking fees just to keep some money. Do not purchase from this company. They clearly don't stand by their product enough to give people a good customer experience.

Very good quality product. It works well and is easy to use. You can recharge it in your computer or phone. The bottle is not that big though, so if you're more than one person, you would need one bottle per person or the bigger unit. Very satisfied and would recommend it anytime.

I’m so disappointed in this expensive bottle. I bought it a while back but haven’t had a chance to review it until now nor did I ever have a chance to attempt to return it during the first 30 days I had it. I’m always at work or out of town at work which is why I have an appreciation for companies that get things right the first time. Sometimes certain companies think they are just so fair by giving the customer 30 to 90 days to take it back or send it back…not realizing that sometimes, that is just not possible for the customer. I personally just don’t have the time to be waiting on hold all day to speak to customer service or to be going to fed ex or ups. It should have just been sent right and in perfect working condition, the first time. Why is that so hard? Well I don’t know if ionbottles just sent me a bottle that is defective or if this is just a rip off to sell $80 Water bottles. Either way, I’m very disappointed because the bottle I was sent makes the water taste absolutely disgusting. There’s no way I could drink that. I’ve tried getting rid of the odor/taste by letting white vinegar sit in the bottle for an entire day. Still, it has that same odor that causes the water to have that same taste. I tried to break it in by making continuous glasses of ionized water the first day or two that I had it. But no, it still has that odor and causes the water to taste like cr%#. Also, I don’t believe this device does anything to the water to make it any different or have any type of healing properties. I’ll bet if I go get some pH testing strips and test the water after I “ionize” it, it will be the same pH or close to it as the unionized water. This thing could quite possibly be a gimmick. Oh and the worst part is is that during the first week that I had it, the grill at the bottom on the inside of the bottle started to rust. So now if I use it, I drink rust with whatever else that causes that horrible taste. I’m just so disappointed in this company and like I said, I don’t have time to be e-mailing and calling customer service all day and taking returns to the post office. I should have just gotten the same quality bottle all these other people got from the get go. Now it’s been months since I bought it so I doubt they’ll do anything. I actually haven’t even drank a single glass of water from this thing yet. So this was a complete waste of money in my opinion. The only way I’d be willing to see things in a different light is if the company were to reach out to me to make this right by sending me a new one that they checked before they send it to make sure it works right. Then and only then will I consider changing my review and my opinion of them.

I’ve never drank so much water!! I’ve only had my ion bottle for a little over a week but I love it and I am noticing I have more energy. The glass bottle is always clean and fresh and is the perfect size to say “I can finish that.” So I drink 5-6 a day easily. And it fits in my car cup holder perfectly. The charge lasts quite a while! I think the only drawback is the lid. I like the screw on top but there is no place to put it when you take it off. I have a whole new way to drink water where I actually like to drink it now.
