I love the ION Bottle. I don't understand how it works, but IT WORKS! I have more energy and I feel much better since I started using it. This is a HUGE improvement for me. I first tried the ION BOTTLE in 2015 upon recommendation and I am still satisfied. I recommend it to all my personal and social media friends. This bottle makes miracle water that's good for overall health.

I love the taste of this hydrogen water, it’s smooth like silk. No aftertaste just perfect. We bought the canister version versus just the bottle since we drink so much water. We fill it with our reverse osmosis water & within 9 minutes we have the best tasting water. We drink a lot of water my husband & I - so we wind up filling it up about 5-6 times per day. But it only takes a minute to fill it, but totally worth it. Great product👍

The product provided is good quality and when I believed I had a problem I emailed them and they responded immediately. Service after buying is important and although it turned out I didn’t have a problem their response was good.

It took a little to be delivered but that's on the mail service not the company. As for the product I really like it. The water bottle itself is made from pyrex glass and metal so it is very strong and the entire construction of it is sound. It holds a little less than a plastic water bottle but it packs a punch after you charge the water. I can drink way less water and be fully hydrated also I feel like it helps me with a small amount of extra energy throughout workouts and the day in general. I've only had it for two weeks so I'm still evaluating but I do recommend Ion Bottles!!!

Absolutely love the ion bottles. I bought 3 of them and gave 1 to my sister and kept the other 2. She thought of ionizing beer.😀 Many health benefits. Want to get your system alkaline? I ionize one bottle. Pour it into my steel water bottle and drink. Then refill that bottle. When I’m done I ionize the other bottle and again pour into my steel water bottle. I always rotate so I don’t have to recharge 2 bottles up at same time.😀 plus it helps me keep track of my 1/2 your body weight in ounces you should be drinking water to stay hydrated. Excellent service from education about the product to delivery. I instantly felt uplifted and energized and that feeling continues with use. I am drinking more water now. Somehow It tastes better. The system charges easily. I am grateful for this thoughtfully designed health giving product.

Seems good so far, but I will need to drink hydrogenated water for a little while consistently to see if it delivers the positive effects that it puports. What I can confirm at this time is that the bottle is well made, seems to do what it is designed to do, and the hydrogenated water tastes great. Fingers crossed that this does what it says it will do to my, energy levels, immune system, metabolism, and aging!

Product quality is excellent, and works as advertised. Make water from any source more crisp and refreshing while getting the benefit of hydrogen infusion.

My ion bottle works wonderfully, charges quickly, and changes colors to tell me when it's on, when it's done, and when it needs to be charged/is charging. I use distilled water, which can taste flat on its own, but the ion bottle makes it bubbly and light and taste great! I would definitely recommend! Fast and helpful customer service as well when I had a question.

Customer service is awesome! I really appreciate them looking into my order to make sure it got to me in a timely manner and it did! The water is worth every penny so far. I could immediately tell a difference in texture (as funny as that is for water). River water always feels silky and faucet water feels hard and dry. Ionbottles made our water silky like river water. I was sold on that alone but then I felt my brain wake up. Never drinking anything else! Definitely getting the bottles next!

Few months ago I ordered two bottles and they came with one new and older model, I didn't know so started using it for few months till my wife asked me why your look different? So I look sure enough two different one ,so I email and text customer service the lady so nice helping me figure out and send me a newer model ASAP she say , her name is Nicole by the way wonderful lady in customer service , love that service answers all your questions and will helping you till you sacrifice. There are other companies that know their products and include a service that matters. The staff at Ion Bottles is at best vague and unprofessional lacking experience to answer questions. They don't live up to their commitment, warranty or customer satisfaction. After numerous emails to get an answer, they continue to be useless and fail. If you don't know anything, you won't know your're being deceived. I found out the hard way this bottle leaches chlorine and who knows what else. It's made me sick when I'm very healthy. Your health is at risk here. The product is a good concept. The company is a Failed model. Other's cost more yes, And you get what you pay for is the bottom line. Choose Healthy!!

Good water taste

The ion bottle arrived in a well packaged box. It appears to be a high quality ion bottle made with the best materials. I have found it to be very simple and easy to use. So far I have noticed that I have more energy, less discomfort from arthritis, and my sinuses are drier. I am very glad that I am now using hydrogen water and that I decided to buy this ion bottle to produce it.

A 45 day warranty. Mine stopped working after that. Original packaging was sub-par, looked like and the time frame indicated an overseas manufacturer. When it did work, it wored well provided you cleaned it regularly, i was told daily. Next time i will purchase the tablets, much stronger molecular hydrogen water and more reliable albeit more expensive

I would give it minus 5 if I could. My experience with this company was anything but good. My issues were: -Product shipped directly from china ( made in China) -Shipped in only a thin unpadded envelope -poor quality product - damaged item (scratches/ scuffs inside the lid, scratch in glass above the etching, dent in base) -the need to reach out to them about an attempted return delivery that would have send the item back to me -had to pay for return shipping -only received partial refund due to a restocking fee I have been in customer service for 25 years ad this is not how you succeed as a small company. Do yourself a favor and explore other options. It is by far not worth it.
