Nice bean bag from rucomfy - have to say I tried a couple of other bags from The Range and another high street dept. store - whom I shan’t name as I have some allegiance to them (both were sent back as they didn’t live up to the sales pitch). I recommend rucomfy for their honest and accurate descriptions, their fair pricing and unquestionably efficient, no-fuss delivery. Can’t really comment on their Customer Service as I never needed to get in touch due to a seamless experience. One piece of advice; if you’re unsure whether to take advantage of their ‘foot cushion for a tenner’ deal I would say go for it. They’re a bargain at this price.

We bought the beanbag chair for my granddaughter for Christmas, who is 16 months old. The quality is good, the only comment we would make is it is overfilled with beans, causing her to lean forward all the time. I have not physically seen the chair myself but I assume my daughter could take some beans out?

We ordered the Giraffe beanbag for my daughter who is obsessed and was so excited to get it but some of the seems were not properly sewn together and some of the filling had already come out in the box and more when taken out of the box we were disappointed after the amount of money spent on it

Good item, the only thing which was a bit of a pain was the cheap flimsy packaging. Squashed and dented on arrival which made it difficult to wrap for a Christmas. Just spend another quid on a decent box and all will be fine!
