I’ve ordered two dogs beds over the years and they’re great quality. The covers wash nicely and the beds don’t flatten as quickly as other pet cushion beds. I recently enquired about purchasing just a cover for one of them, and the customer service was exceptional. Quick responses through to next day delivery of the cover. Thoroughly recommend!

Lovely beanbag chair and pouffe bought for my granddaughter. Well made and super quality. Although the delivery company delayed due to bad weather it still arrived only two days after ordering. Would highly recommend.

Placed an order a week ago for my nephew’s birthday tomorrow, I haven’t received a dispatch notification yet, and when I tried to call them on two different numbers today, I couldn’t get through. Really disappointed. I presume this means they are closed this week, but there’s no notice on their website. It does say delivery in 4-7 working days, but after 4 full working days, I am very surprised that it hasn’t been sent yet. I could have ordered it from Amazon and got it sent much quicker, but I chose to order directly to support a small business. Edit: It has arrived and it’s great quality, as well as being a niche product very suitable for my disabled nephew, which I couldn’t find elsewhere, however, communication could still be better.

My grandson is certainly comfy although perhaps could do with a few more foam pellets.

This beanbag was bought as a gift for our expected great niece. We chose it because our grandson was given one and loved it. He snuggled into it immediately, at just a few weeks old, and used it daily until he reached the ‘turning over’ stage. It was then passed on to friends for their new baby….and loved again.

Amazing, my boy loves it. Just wish I’d personalised it but didn’t have the option to do so when placing the order, it’s just after placing the order I realised you can add a personalised touch. Not to worry but it looks amazing

I thought it wasn’t deep enough to sit back in and it was quite stiff. When you sat it down it lay to one side.Also I asked for it to be personalised with the name Sophie , that didn’t happen. My granddaughter liked it however I was disappointed.

Dog has hated all the beds we’ve gave her so far but this one she loves! Excellent quality and really handy that you can just flip the bed over for when dog is wet
