Tried to order 2 beanbags multiple times and an error message kept appearing. At no stage on that morning did it say the order had been successful, and no confirmation email to say order had been processed. A few days later, I tried to order the items again, this time successfully and had a confirmation email. I then received 4 (only wanted 2) beanbags and seen that I had been charged on both days. Company say there is nothing they can do, wont refund. there was definitely a glitch that morning, and there normal practice is a confirmation email! Small claims court now.

Great service and product quality (purchased 2 gaming bags for grandchildren)lost out on choosing the turquoise trim rugame bag, as no free footstool with it 😢…will save up to purchase a footstool as there may be Christmas clashes with the have’s and the have’nots!! 😭 would recommend you products without a doubt 👍🏼
