Bought a large dog bed and after 3 washes at 30 degrees the lining has cracked and fallen away. The bed itself has compressed to be completely flat so our dog no longer uses it as it's just not comfy for her. Contacted rucomfy and they refused to repair or replace it and now are dragging their feet about a refund so off to small claims court we go! Would not recommend them or their products and they are worse than useless with their customer service! AVOID!!! 16/01/23 Still no refund and no response from anyone, it's an obviously defective item and I have asked for a refund numerous times now and offered to return it but the continue to breach their own terms and the consumer rights act. Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs, they obviously don't know what customer service is.

This will be the second beanbag I have purchased for my grandchildren. They are good quality, lovely designs. Delivery would have been quick if the delivery company had done its job.

We bought the Fox beanbag as a Christmas present for our three and a half year old grandson. We can't wait for him to sit on it. We love it. Great service from rucomfy. Thank you!

Wrong item received, mixed up with another customer! Re-arranged to be picked up and direct swap and now missing the foot stall as was not advised to keep this part of the original delivery!! Ordered with plenty of time on 06/12/22 and now still dealing with this in the last 5 days before Xmas! This is a Christmas present for a 4 year old who may well now be let down! Not impressed at all!
