Quick delivery and lovely bean bag chair with matching footstool, well made, had my granddaughters name added and it was well done. Only thing that I didn’t give 5 stars was that thought it could have been a bit larger n more squishy, but my granddaughter loves it so I suppose that’s all that matters. Plus it’s good to see it’s made in UK that’s why I ordered from this company

Great quality Fast delivery

I have ordered a bean bag from rucomfy. It was initially good but got flat very quick. The company offered me a complimentary filling, which is nice of them but that didn’t work as well. And one year into minimal usage, the base of the bag went so thin and frayed. Soon it started popping out the beans from the bottom. Very poor quality base while the actual bean bag fabric is so nice. They could have used a better fabric for the bottom too, now it’s just sitting useless! We are now off to look elsewhere!

We bought rucomfy bean bags for our 3 children when they were young and had their names embroidered on them many years ago. They needed cleaning and I bought the easy-fill bag. Our bean bags were old models, so the newer zips on the easy-fill were incompatible. Without hesitation rucomfy offered to replace the zips at no cost to enable us to continue using the beanbags with the easy-fill. We sent them back to rucomfy and they were returned swiftly with the new internal zip. The easy-fill bag saves a lot of time and mess! Brilliant company, great after sales service. Heartily recommend rucomfy if you are in the market for a bean-bag.

Fast and excellent quality. Just bought a second set!

My 4 month old fell from the side of the baby beanbag, I then noticed the straps had frayed from the seams, he's tiny (born 6lb) well under weight and age guidelines for the beanbag. I contacted the company, sent them pictures only to be fogged off with we can send you a replacement beanbag etc. No thanks!! Now the girl was lovely, but why would I want to risk using this product again. Then I was offered a 40% discount. This isn't about money or compensation. I'm not bought off that easily he's my baby. My reasons for the review are that since my complaint, never has the product been taken offline to be reviewed or checked for faults, this is suitable from birth. The company should have immediately taken this beanbag off for a safety check to prevent this happening again. I'm looking into this now.

Great product really well made fast and good customer service

Ordered off their ebay store and had a very positive experience! I ordered a child's beanbag with footstool set. When it arrived - the beanbag had a stain/paint on it. Sometimes these things just happen and this certainly isn't a complaint as when i messaged the company they were more than happy to collect and send out a replacement and delivery was super fast too!! The person who i was speaking to was very helpful and very friendly! My nephew loves his beanbag and footstool! Tempted to order an adult sized one for myself now!

Writing this from my beanbag haha! Super comfy and so easy to put the beans in with the zip system - took me about 20 mins from unboxing to putting the beans in. Got the footstool which I highly recommend for optimum comfort whilst lounging. I have recommended to my friends and colleagues.
