The item was hard and the harness was flimsy and of poor quality. It was delivered as expected, however I had to return item as completely unsatisfactory. Returning was both inconvenient and costly. Totally unable to recommend product.

My order of a grey doggy cushion arrived swiftly and was very well packaged. My little Wirley loves her new cushion and spends a lot of time on it during the day. The cushion is in the kitchen, so she can be with me while I'm busy doing stuff. I also got the waterproof inner lining, this is good to help protect the main cushion. Both the liner and the cover are both removable and washable. Will get another for upstairs when Wirley needs her bedtime bed replacing. Would definitely recommend.
