I bought a buckwheat pillow from this supplier via Amazon. The name of the item is "rucomfy Beanbags Organic Buckwheat Husk Bed Pillow in Plain Woven Unbleached 100% Cotton - Ultimate Support Pillow (43 x 61cm)" and it is sold by "the rucomfy Beanbags Store". They were slow in shipping and the packaging of the parcel was rather miserable. Because it was packaged in a such a causal manner and the pillow cover was brownish (i.e. unbleached), I could not the product was brand new even though I ordered a new item. I decided to return it immediately and returned it the following day via Royal Mail but there was an issue on the refund. Below is one of the messages I received from them about the refund. Obviously, they refund in two stages, which I have never heard of. And, no, they have not and will not make the second refund. "My apologies for any confusion. When we process a refund the nett value refunds first and the vat clears later. This is always the case with refunds that we process on Amazon and I expect that this will clear later today. However if you do find that this is not the case please do not hesitate to let me know and I will look into this further for you. Kindest Regard" I feel weary and regret that I chose to buy anything from this company. P.S. They are currently trying very hard to take this review down.

The order was simple to make and any queries I had with the product were solved on the telephone, quickly and efficiently. The product is everything the website promised: the size is exact; the colour is accurate and the quality is outstanding. I cannot wait to use it outside but at the moment it is a wonderful extra seat in our house that's warm, comfortable and really easy to clean. The extra beans that came were a bonus, I hadn't realised that we would need to fill the bean bag up to its full capacity, however, a quick tutorial on the internet suggested making a cone from the cardboard box they arrived in, shaking a little baby powder into the beans to reduce static and off we went - EASY! (It took two of us though!) Great product, highly recommended!

Review for fur bean bag. Not at all comfortable as the outer fabric is quite thin which makes filler texture evident to the person sitting . Also the material for the out cover is poorly finished, the furs keep shedding and sticking to clothes, when people sit on it.

The Ladybird and Caterpillar beanbags are simply gorgeous, very bright and colourful. They are gifts for our granddaughters who I am sure will be delighted with them. The fabric seems very good quality, strong and robust. The delivery experience was fast and efficient .
