Hi I have spoken to a lovely professional person Drew who helped me so much with my queries. We went through with all information, price and other details in a very efficient way. As a manager I do have pressure of meeting all health and safety compliance requirements but now I am so happy that everything sorted for the general waste by a good company.

Money taken out even before the bin arrived. Then the bin never made to my locations. Tries to email my sales person and the office, no response. Then called the office and was told they will investigate and will get bak to me, but no call back. Still waiting ? Luckily i only had the contract for 12 months, not 24 months, which they highly suggest

Absolutley rubbish company. Failed to collect waste and caused a profit loss on a first month of cooperation. Now they want me to pay fee for termination of contract. Will see you in a court, you wount get any single pound of me anymore.

WHERE TO START? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLAIM THEY RING YOU LOTS OF TIMES, BUT IN REALITY THEY DO NOT CALL. THEY ARE GOOD AT HARASSING YOU, BUT POOR AT RESOLVING ISSUES. THEY WILL THREATEN YOU WITH DEBT COLLECTORS EVEN IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR CONTRACT!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid using this scam of a company, they are brokers so you don't deal with the actual collection company. They will offer you all the support they have, but as soon as the contract is signed things change rapidly. After we signed, our bins never got collected in a 5+ week period. They never change my service provider and only mentioned it after the 6th week. By that point I wanted out of the contract and some sort of compensation. During the first missed collection I call them every day for them to fix the issue but nothing happened. No apology or compensation offered. The exit fee is astronomical and you have to pay it because they will send a collection agency to collect money for a service they didn't deliver DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Avoid This Company at All Costs! I strongly advise against using this company. Their contract is intentionally vague, and once your initial term ends—whether it's two years or otherwise—they will automatically renew you for another full term without clear prior notice. This practice feels exploitative. If you attempt to cancel, the fees are outrageously high, bordering on daylight robbery. The entire experience has been nothing but stress and frustration, and I deeply regret my decision to sign up. I rarely leave reviews, but this company is so awful that I feel compelled to warn others. Do yourself a favor—choose another company and save yourself the headache. Worst company ever. Update Despite paying £390 on January 22nd, this company has failed to inform the contractor that the service was canceled. They have also refused to acknowledge my payment, and as a result, the service is still active a full week later. This is utterly ridiculous and irresponsible. All I want is for my service to be canceled, yet I am still dealing with their incompetence and lack of accountability. Avoid this company if you value efficient service and clear communication.

My experience was brilliant. I spoke to Paul on the phone and he was so easy to communicate with and also very helpful. Setting up my own salon so need waste collection and Paul made it so affordable and easy for me to get sorted. Would recommend
