Jake helped us in a massive way in setting up waste collection within like less than 30 minutes and a very affordable price too. Since we are a new business, it is quite essential that we comply yet not lose a limb while paying off. I would highly recommend the company and Jake for helping out.

Ian in customer services was really helpful checking through our account with a raft of changes and documents that were needed after a period of me being away unwell. Everything was sorted and changes that had taken place during my absence were well explained.

Found the company to be very helpful. I had an issue with the location of my bin but a solution was swiftly sorted by them . They are very responsive to messages.

Haven't collected my bins for 5 weeks. Taken full payment. Did a site collection but left bits behind. Didn't empty the bin. Now they say they can't due to it containing food, bear in mind they have collected previously. On their website it states: What is General Waste? General waste refers to non-recyclable waste that cannot be easily sorted and recycled. It’s made up of various materials such as plastic, paper, food scraps, and other non-hazardous items that are typically disposed of in landfill sites or incinerators. They knew they have been providing this service to a takeaway business. Don't know what they expected to collect. Emailed and ended the contact. I have also told them on live chat. If you want to go the legal route, let me know am ready.

Charging stupied price not what is agreed also not fullfilng the agreemet like they were spose to collect twice a week 😡

I would strongly advise against using this company. When I first contacted them, they assured me that they had a waste collection provider in place for my business and that bins would be delivered within 7–10 days. Based on this, I proceeded with the payment. After 13 days with no update, I contacted them only to be told that they had not actually secured a provider, despite claiming otherwise. This was a complete contradiction of what they originally told me. Rather than offering a solution, they have now suddenly terminated the contract themselves due to their inability to provide the service they sold me. This company misled me from the start, took my payment under false pretenses, and wasted my time. If I hadn't followed up, I doubt they would have even informed me of their failure. Avoid at all costs!
