Polite and informative from the start. No pushy sales.

Please be careful when using this company.. They spend a great deal of effort getting you on board, cancelling the contract is not so easy. There is a specific timescale you have to cancel, towards the end of the contract, which ends 30 days before renewal. Having been in business for over 40 years, I have never had such a punitive agreement. Also in the agreement it specifically states you will be charged for an increase in customer service. This was around the cost of another collection mid way through the contract. THEY COLLECT WASTE USING 3RD PARTIES, HOW CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE BE IMPROVED....CRAZY. Will be cancelling as soon as I possibly can.

Jonathan was absolutely brilliant in helping to go through different options available to us. He made sure that we had any relevant information before he offered us the best deal. His service was absolutely excellent and he is truly an asset to the team!

just set up my waste collections for my new pub, it was quick and easy to set up over the phone! I ended up talking to Joe who was quick to the point and very professional even when i made changes half way thought set up he was happy to adjust my contract to fit my needs. 10/10 customer service I look forward to be working with them in the future

I called 2 times and made sure my contract is cancelled but again the direct debit tried to debit my account and damaged my credit score. This is unacceptable. You are not sincere company to work with... I am sorry that I approached you. I will try to reveal your weak and untrustworthy nature as much as I can.

I don't usually leave reviews But this is the worst company ever,do not trust!!! They asked for once month written notice which I gave them then found my self in a new 12month contract, seemingly I was meant to also call them with my notice to leave,Disgusted So ive now been charged £221.00 cancellation fee as I definitely wasn't staying a further 12 months at there high rate!!!!! Stay away!!

Sending invoices and taking direct debit payments for collections which haven't taken place. Supervisors not returning calls. Unfortunately, it's just all about the money not customer service or satisfaction. I have paid for 2 collections and you chasing me for more money. Apparently your contractor emptied the bulk bin, but not the glass bin, however it was never returned to the property so it may have fallen in the truck, it happens. Waited 3 weeks for a supervisor to call, this never happened until I suspended payments. Your company also try and bill customers monthly for waste transfer notes and claim this is a legal requirement! This should not be a chargeable service, by law you need to provide documentation and businesses need to show this annually not monthly! This is a scam by all accounts!
