Several emails back and forward, and they assure me they've collected it and thank me profusely for my understanding...but I just want my rubbish taken away! It's only my first month with them...hopefully things will improve.

United Kingdom | 03 January 2025AVOID AVOID still awiating a solution to my last review 4 days ago am currently on hold being told it will be another 72 hours to sort this out DISGUSTING SERVICE,i have canncelled my direct debit but my bank cannot get the money back that i have paid as this company is NOT COVERED UNDER THE DIRECT DEBIT GUARANTEE.DISGUSTING PATHETIC SERVICE. There recorded message says they only offer service of excellance,really ?????? From your reply you are talking about our second account at another site which when the contract is up i will cancel that also,i have sent you the post code for this site and you have taken no notice of that i have since cancelled the 2nd account and taken business elsewhere,terrible service

United Kingdom | 02 January 2025I wouldn’t trust this company at all, the operators are extremely friendly and easy to talk to, however it is all a front to mask their poor service. Firstly, they left our bin bags on a random picnic table in Shoreditch, afterwards they tried to deliver our bin bags 2 more times however they were unsuccessful. Secondly, they were supposed to collect our rubbish at the beginning of the week but they didn’t provide their company bin bags. Therefore I had to put our rubbish in a regular black bag and took a picture of it so the company knows to pick it up. To my surprise they didn’t come to collect our rubbish until the 4th day. I tried to contact them several times about cancelling with the company and they want to charge me 550 for a cancellation fee?!? They said they won’t charge me a cancellation fee if they can try a different supplier, but I don’t want to try a different supplier from them. They cannot be trusted. They didn’t provide any service, they didn’t collect our rubbish and it took them 4 tries to deliver bin bags.

It’s been over 3 months since your last collection. I cancelled my services and was promised that a collection of the bins would be arranged. It’s been more than 3 months. As usual I hope that with this review I will receive your response. Pathetic.

United Kingdom | 01 January 2025I wish I had never answered the phone to this company. Stuck in a lengthy contract which was so much more than elsewhere. Couldn’t leave, then charged a termination invoice at the end of my contract of over a year! Please don’t use this company!!!

Have had to contact on several occasions and always told will get a call back, but never do and end up with me having to call again. Spoke to a manager about service regarding payments no apology and told would sort requested for email to confirm all sorted and surprise am still waiting and problem still not sorted. Made a complaint through website and surprise have not had a reply. Am stuck in a contract as expensive to leave early The waste collection provider has been good wish had gone directly

For two months now , despite my clinical waste bin being accessible 24/7 every day of the year , initial have apparently attended the studio address and had no access - (none is needed , the bin is outside and locked ) And have recorded 2 ‘wasted journeys ‘ , I’ve been charged for two months sort of collections and at first customer service apologised and agreed to sort this out as I have no extra storage and had to stop trading for the year in my shop early and rent a work space elsewhere at extra personal cost , But despite providing photographic proof of both dates collection was attempted to show I was in the whole time , they are claiming I must foot the bill for an emergency catch up collection AND no apology for the two months missed service I’ve been paying for all along !! And no attempt to pick up rubbish AT ALL despite paying for this in December ! I could set up a company and charge a duty of care and over 1500 pounds a year and just extort my customers it seems , why dealing with a different customer service representative over Xmas with no phone line went back on weeks of asking for support from another member of staff who had understood the situation is beyond me . Having to show proof I was working when no one even needed to knock the door to collect , TO STILL BE GASLIT AND CHARGED IS WILFUL NEGLIGENCE AND HAS BROKEN MY BUSINESS ( in response to your reply , how could you now gain access to a bin the council pic up from every week , in a street you’ve attended for years - it’s one of their own storage bins , for which they have a key and can attend any day of the year . Do not gaslight your customers )
