Sign up process was amazing! I was completely dazzled, hats off because normally I don't fall into a sales pitch. After your services start it all changes very quick, I've had nothing but GRIEF GRIEF GRIEF. All my years of using waste companies never had so much issues come about. They've thought of everything and very quick to refer you to the T&C's on many things, T&C's are meant to be fair that is why most people don't read the small print due to mutual TRUST, but this one YOU NEED TO READ, this company isn't like anything I worked with before. The previous company (Local Council) was doing a fine job and £50/month cheaper I only changed because of the new legislation, so I was desperate for 1100ltr Mixed Recycling which they didn't do. They say if something is broken, don't fix - well I didn't listen did I? I don't normally write reviews but this experience definitely needs to be seen by potential customers, I hope someone who is planning on signing up is reading this right now. My advice to you is going to entail a NHS ad that you should take seriously for both situations: 1) CATCH IT 2) KILL IT 3) BIN IT

My rubbish is generally collected efficiently and timely.

I have been with this company 2 years i have small busines first few months they were very kind and after that they start complain about the been weight. always saying over weight and the rubbish it's same nothings change they were charging me £114 a month and then increased to £240 a month and one day the been stolen from the front door i called the police and gave them the reference number to replace the been but again disappointed after 3 days we find the been in different street and in all this time the rubbish was in the floor behind the shop they couldn't send some one to collect the rubbish or replace the been and now I sold the busines and I let them know that I had paid for full month and I just get service for 10 days so I paid £240 for 10 days and they send me another invoice to pay £280 what a nice company you are (?)

made an enquiry through a comparison site and waste managed were very prompt to call. The sales person who called me was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable in the field without being too pushy for the sale. Knew answers to all questions I had, advised me on things I didn't need to keep costs down and I signed the same day for services for a very reputable company. Waste transfer documents provided straight away, bins arrived very quickly and kept upto date with schedules etc. I've spoken to 2 colleagues and both were great. As a new customer, really glad we used this company for our business.

Terrible company to deal with..over priced and increase at every opportunity.. was told at beginning of contract they don't have overweight charges , however , if you do go overweight they throw you up to a higher tariff and want you to sign another year's contract! If you decide you want to leave within the contract you have to pay the remainder of your contract before you can leave! Absolute cowboys ..I'll be going direct to waste company and not through a broker in future

The robbers of the brokers! They will charge you huge amount and won't even collect your rubbish. I don't have food bins for past two weeks and they don't even care. Stay away and save your time & money.

The account was easy to set up.

One Bin1100l cost me 160 pounds a month.. for that price I have bifa two bins 1100l. They don't make service twice, but invoice to pay still was charged for ful service

Waste Managed personnel (Ashley) was excellent in handling a difficult situation and helping and focussin on the customer. Sadly we have had numerous issues that the Wastemanage personnel will struggle to resolve without a competent waste removal company !
