Fab staff very helpful and sorted my problems out

Have been getting confusing messages so called to sort out the problem. Spoke to Tom who was very good and helped sort things out. Direct contact and was dealt with quickly and professionally.

I have been using their service for last 2 years and they have been great and i always pay for year upfront for the service asxl well and they come every 2 weeks to collect my waste but for last 2 months it has become a joke absolute joke they not been collecting my waste every time there is new driver on route and simple they don't want to walk few step round the back of the shop become it's a foot path out side my shop i can't put been out and block the wat for people there are clear instructions on the system for the driver as well

If I could give Less than 1 star I would. DO NOT USE THESE BUNCH OF FRAUDS! Absolutely shocking services, awful complaints handling & shockingly rude "management", don't bother trying to contact the CEO or the director of communications as ironically communication is the last thing they are interested in. Exploitative, overpriced charlatans.

Terrible service , salesman rushed me through my direct debit set up . Then ignored me My naivety of being a new small business owner trusted his advice on what I needed set up. Not explaining properly , rushing through my e forms to sign. Now stuck in a 24month contract that is extremely overpriced for what I have Steer clear

If I could give zero stars, I would. From contract disagreements to mysteriously “lost” phone recordings, this company is the epitome of a dumpster fire. We had bins taken away, incorrect bins delivered, and then we were told our (nonexistent) bin was overweight. Yep, apparently, they’ve mastered the art of weighing invisible rubbish and charging you for it! Their customer service? A masterclass in argumentative aggression. Every interaction felt like I was in a boxing match – except they’re swinging for my wallet. They seem to have invested more time in inventing new ways to extract money than actually delivering bins. A service that should have been simple was turned into the most needlessly complicated nightmare of the year. Honestly, Waste Managed? More like Wallet Managed. Save yourself the hassle – this company will leave you with more headaches and your rubbish. Be warned!

Placed order on 5/12 and made a payment by card then. Got next bill on 12/12 due to go out by DD. Fine, but still no sign of any bin??
