Great service,and very friendly

Terrible company. Been with these for a few years and no loyalty , understanding or customet service skills atall. Do make sure you are extremely carfeful with their fair usage policy. Started at £100 per month and gone uo to £400 per month due to bin weight issues without the option for cancelling or watching what you out in. They advertise heavily on the fact there are no weight issues. There most definately is ! Do not go with these based on there being no weight limits - you will be dissapointed .

I spoke with Joseph today and he was very polite, professional and assited me with my enquiry.

Unfortunately after being called several times and being ‘pushed’ into agreeing a contract I signed an electronic form. I was not aware there was no period of time for cancellation, I called the day after to cancel my contract as my personal circumstances had changed. My emails and phone calls have been mostly ignored by Glenn …… I am disappointed to be honest. As a GP I don’t have time to be constantly chasing a waste management company who are not sympathetic enough to cancel my contact a day later……I personally would not recommend this company.
