Having had numerous collections missed, waste managed suggested I change provider. I explained that I do not wish to remain with the company due to many numerous missed waste collections and their inability to rectify the problem. Waste managed afterwards called our charity and persuaded another person to enter into a new contract with a different provider, obviously going against my previous instructions. Was assured that the new waste collection provider would be reliable having two collections each week. There has not been any collection since the new supplier, 3 weeks missed collections. Also requested data under gdpr, the company has failed to provide this. The staff at company are friendly and professional, however seemingly unable to resolve any waste collection. Edit: complaint sent, will update any outcome.

Wish I could leave a 0 star review I have been a customer now for over a year and am only staying because I'm tied into the contract Numerous none collections of waste, switching suppliers for us to days where we cant have bins collected, told I will get an update and hear nothing. It is beyond useless, sat here now with an overflowing bin, no idea when it will be collected fed up - shocking service

ATTENTION !!! Avoid this company at all cost!!!! I opened a business account to collect 1x 240ltr bin from my yard. They did not collect my bins on multiple occasions after promising to a number of times. I call and cancelled as the did not provide the service they promised at the time they promised. I than had to deal with bully boy tactics from there team where they tried to get me to pay for a full year up front after i had cancelled within a week. I told them not to enter my property and they still did trespassing on my land claiming that they are more then within there rights. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!

Customer service representative Colin was extremely helpful. Colin resolved the problem of our 2 missed collections and has put in preventative measures to avoid this happening again.
