Opened account in mid July 2024 for a weekly collection of 2x 1100 ltr bins Every week got an email saying my bins had been emptied after getting to my buisiness I would find my bins still full I would then spend ages on the phone explaining my bins had not been emptied I would then be told to send photos, which I did After having paid a direct debit for 2 months and only having my bins emptied once I called and said I would be putting my direct debits on hold until my bins were emptied I was then asked to provide the three words exact address which I did , I even offered to meet the lorry but was told I was not allowed to After another few weeks of no collection and calling every week or emailing I was asked for cctv evidence of my bins not being collected at a certain time as the lorry had a tracker , I had to ask a neighbour for there cctv as I do not have any cctv , the cctv clearly shows the lorry emptying another neighbours bins and not mine , I sent this to them , I was told this would be sent to the depot and now my bins would be collected every week now as the problem has been identified After another few weeks of not having my bins emptied and many phone calls and emails and even another video of the lorry going to the wrong bins again I had to find another company to take my rubbish away I did not want to change companies but I had no choice after having months of not having my bins emptied Every week I called and said my bins were still full , I explained how much of a problem this is for me as I have to bag all the rubbish up and put it in my car and take to the local tip , I have to do 4 trips and it takes me half a day to do both bins I think I gave this company many chances to rectify this issue So today 27/11/24 I get a message saying my account is being sent to the debt recovery team who may visit my premises imminently and failure to settle my account may effect my credit rating I immediately call and spend an hour on the phone explaining what has happened and I don’t understand why I owe money I have explained this many times I am then told I can cancel my contract for a £350 cancellation fee and £150 to collect my bins I have already paid nearly £500 which includes costs to open the account and 2 months charges to empty my bins at just under £200 per month I have spent hours and hours on the phone and hours getting cctv evidence to send to them and now I am being told I owe them money because I am breaking contract When I spoke to them today I was told they would probably take legal action against me, I won’t be paying them another penny and I want a refund of the money I have already paid , hopefully they will take me to court and I can counter claim against them for my refund and the inconvenience they have caused me I have never given a bad review on anything before but I feel this company is trying to force me into paying for a service which they never supplied I am also speaking to trading standards about this Thank you for replying to my message I was only put on stop because I stopped by direct debits after not having my bins emptied for 2 months , then I was told my service would resume and you have never collected by bins to date, I also want a refund of my money and will not be paying for the bins to be taken away The date today is the 4th of December 2024 and I have still not been contacted as promised, I will keep updating my review to show how this company treats customers This is what I received on the 5th of December Your account is due to be passed to a third-party debt recovery agency, to avoid this we may be able to offer up to 60% off your outstanding balance. To avoid any negative impact on your credit rating and get your account back on track, please give the team a call on 03333 447 137. This offer is valid for the next 72 hours. So the company now want to let me off 60% of the balance they say I still owe I would like to know how they think I owe them money after giving them nearly £500 and only having my bins emptied once in all this time , they say it’s because my account was suspended because I stopped my direct debits , but I only did this after not having my bins collected for 2 months , I have called and provided evidence every week to prove this , I do not owe this company any money , they owe me a refund for the money I have paid and not received a service from them 20 dec 2024 got an email saying we have tried to call you but did not get an answer , I did get a call on the 19th of December from them but when I answered the line went dead , I tried calling back and was told the person that called me was unavailable and would call me back , I’m still waiting, the email I received said my account has now been closed because the company that was supposed to empty my bins had been going to the wrong address , so at last they have admitted I have been correct all this time , they still have not said anything about refunding my money or if the still think I owe them money

Is the worse company you can work with. Keep an eye on their invocies as the figures may not be the same as the waste ticket. They charged me for a collection not made and when I request the refund of £82 they did not respond. I have been requesting since 13th July 2024 and still they have not refund my money.

I was transfered to Tom to deal with my requests for clinical waste, tom was super helpful and gave me all options to choose from and helped me along with everything i needed to know, Great service, quick and friendly hassle free. Definitely recommend. 😊

The bins did not arrive on the day it was suppose to be. Calling customers service no one answered the call for 45mints. Again called staff was not able to understand. While Tuesday my food bin was suppose to be collected which was not done. So your company is very fast to collect money but in terms of service it’s ZERO.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with cause constantly missing collections on food waste and general waste and the lies they come out with saying it will be removed in 72 hours it never happens seriously avoid this lot the only thing they exceed in is lies
