Beginning with the help of Kristin Hinitt, the process to start looking for a new VA IRRL began promptly and she kept us informed every step of the way and provided a seamless transition to Patrick Grimm to start the loan application. Although the first mortgage company was very slow, Patrick and Kristin did a great job with keeping us informed about any progress. The disappointment with the mortgage company came when they determined that since our current VA loan was a CA VA loan, that prevented them from doing a new VA IRRL. Patrick immediately proceeded to find another loan company that turned out to be able to get a new conventual loan at an even lower rate. The end result is a better deal for us that was processed very efficiently. Patrick kept us informed with frequent calls so we always knew what to expect next.
