This is an account of my refinance. I found out about Cheerlending from a one-time commercial seen on channel 2 CBS in October. I called the 800 number and spoke to Thad Lane. He took information and passed it over to Patrick Grimm, which is the loan officer. He asked what I wanted from this refinance and I let him know; a lower interest rate, lower monthly payment and $20,000. Then asked if he could help me, there wasn’t any hesitation, he went right to work for me. I felt confident Patrick was from the very beginning of this process. He was knowledgeable, patient, always courteous, never rushed me or made me feel dumb. There are several things regarding refinancing I was unaware of and with his great knowledge he led me through the process. There were a couple of bumps in the processing of the loan. I forgot something very important to the outcome of this loan and refinance but he never got frustrated as a matter of fact he was elated that I remembered. I’m just trying to say I think this position fits him like a glove. If anyone was to ask me for a referral for this type of refinance and/or loan his name would be the only one I would give them. Thank you so very much for having the sense to hire an employee like Patrick.
