My wife and I had an up and down experience with CheerLending. However, Brad Miller and Dominic Sanchez literally held our hands and assured us that although our loan had many special circumstances if we hung in there they would guide us and our loan would be approved. Cheerleading was a great experience for me, they helped for my refinance which reduced my monthly from $2750 to $2,333 and my interest from 4.5 to 4.1. They made me comfortable the first time I spoke to them and I immediately gained their trust. All the documentation were done within a month and they also thanked me with some goodies.
